Jeffery L. Dickerson - Founder
After graduating from Mercer University School of Law, Jeff began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Houston Judicial Circuit. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Jeff was responsible for prosecuting all types of crimes, ranging from shoplifting to homicide. In May 2002, Jeff was appointed to Houston County’s “Narcotics and Organized Crime” litigation team, where he gained valuable experience handling drug crimes ranging from simple possession to trafficking.
Jeff founded The Dickerson Firm in 2010, and he currently limits his practice exclusively to the defense of DUI and drug possession cases. Jeff has successfully obtained not-guilty verdicts in DUI-Per Se, DUI Less-Safe, and in various VGCSA cases throughout North Georgia. Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Jeff is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court
Erin M. Dickerson - Attorney
After graduating from Mercer University School of Law in 2002, Erin Dickerson accepted a position as a judicial staff attorney for the Honorable Alan Jordan and the Honorable Clyde Gober in the State Court of Cherokee County. During her tenure as a judicial staff attorney, Erin assisted the judges with legal research, case management, and preparation of judicial orders.
Her experience as a State Court judicial staff attorney provided her with a unique opportunity to observe and learn from some of the most skilled DUI attorneys in the state. Upon completion of her term as a judicial staff attorney, she entered private practice, limiting the scope of her practice exclusively to DUI defense.
Erin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals.
