Our client was a member of a local motorcycle club who was stopped at a police checkpoint in Dawson County and arrested for DUI-Less Safe.  The prosecutor offered a plea to Reckless Driving, but the client rejected the offer and we announced that we were ready for trial.  Rather than proceeding to trial, the Assistant District Attorney was persuaded to dismiss the case outright with no plea to a lesser charge.
