Our client was charged with DUI Less Safe in Henry County, Georgia.  He was stopped by the police officer for driving with no headlights, and he was asked to submit to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.  We took the case to a jury trial, and the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY on the DUI charge.
